Massage Integration Cancellation Policy
At Massage Integration, we understand how things can happen and plans change. If you have made an appointment with us, you can easily cancel your appointment by email or calling (214) 326-0026. Please notice that cancellations must be made well in advance of their scheduled appointment time – 24 Hours for Advance Appointments and 2 Hours for Same Day Appointments.
The following are Massage Integration Cancellation Policies regarding Deposits, Advance Appointments, Same Day Appointments, and CBRE/Rosemont Clients Appointments.
Deposits required to hold some reservations are not refundable, and there are no exceptions.
Appointments made in advance of the actual appointment time require a notice of cancellation 24 hours in advance of the appointment time to avoid cancellation charges. Any cancellation of advance appointments within the 24 hour period prior to the appointment time will result in no refund with no exceptions.
Same Day Appointments
Appointments made the same day of the appointment require a notice of cancellation 2 Hours in advance of the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation charges. Any cancellation of same day appointments within the 2 Hour period prior to the appointment time will result in no refund with no exceptions.
CBRE and Rosemont Client Appointments
Cancellations of appointments by clients of CBRE or Rosemont buildings with less than 30 minutes notice may be charged 50% of service amount. Second time cancellations with less than 30 minutes of notice will receive no refund at all. If you are a CBRE or Rosemont Building client and you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so through the online scheduling system, by email or call at (214) 326-0026
