2012 Class Dates: Reiki I, II & Chakra Balancing
Chakra Balancing Class Dates: $125

Reiki I Class Dates: $150
(Light snacks and drinks provided. Bring a sack lunch for Saturday)
October 12-13, Friday 7pm-10pm & Saturday 10am-3pm
Reiki II Class Dates: $150
(Light snacks and drinks provided. Bring a sack lunch for Saturday)
November 9-10, Friday 7pm-10pm & Saturday 10am-3pm
December 7-8, Friday 7pm-10pm & Saturday 10am-3pm
All Classes require a $50 deposit to hold your seat. Remaining balance is due upon arrival of the class. Cash and all major credit cards accepted. Receive a $20 discount if you refer a friend or if you pay in full in advance at least 2 weeks prior to the class.
Reiki I ~ Atunements by Reiki Master Lisa Lazo
- Learn about the history of Usui Shiko Ryoho System of Reiki Healing
- Explore the human aura and its energy centers and why it is important to keep the flow of our energy field in balance using Reiki
- Receive the First Degree Reiki Attunements
- Learn how to apply Reiki treatments for self healing, healing others, and spiritual growth

- Discuss and review what Reiki energy healing is and how Reiki I has impacted your life
- Review the human aura, learning how our energy centers impact our physical, mental, emotional, spiritual well being
- Receive the Second Degree Reiki Attunements
- Learn how to draw the Reiki II sacred symbols and use them to amplify Reiki energy and clear negative energy
- Learn how to use the Reiki symbols for distance healing
- Class space is limited to 4 students

What is a “chakra”?
Chakras, also known as energy centers, are spinning vortices of energy that govern the flow of life force energy flowing in and out of each chakra. The health of your physical body, mental abilities, emotional states, psychological wellbeing and spiritual development are all determined by the flow of energy of each chakra.
We will be exploring and learning how to bring balance to the 7 main chakras system to live a more conscious, creative, and heart centered life:
- Explore the anatomy of the chakras and learn how each nourish and impact the body, mind and spirit with energy from the universal energy field
- Learn and discuss how blocked chakras impact your physical body, mind, emotions, and spiritual development
- Learn how to scan energy with your hands
- Learn to listen and discern the messages from your body and your emotions and correlate them to the chakras
- Learn how to use a pendulum to detect energy flow in a chakra
- Uncover limiting beliefs that are holding you back through the detection of blocked chakras
- Learn simple ways to immediately improve the flow of your chakras through breath work, physical exercises, guided visualization, and meditation to live a more conscious, creative, and heart centered life.

“How To” Couples Massage Class by Lisa Lazo & Kevin Foresman
- Learn how to give a massage to your significant somebody
- Discuss how the magic of touch can be so soothing
- Learn important pressure points to make your mate say “ooh, ahh”
- Understand & experiment with relaxing lotions and oils
- Work with aromatherapy to create a memorable experience
- Practice new techniques with your partner to relax them with massage
