Seven Chakras

The Seven Chakras are spinning vortices of energy that exist on each of the seven levels of the auric field, and chakras two through six appear on both the front and back sides of the body. The seventh or crown chakra is at the top of the head and connects with the higher spiritual energies and the first or root chakra located at the base of the spine connects to the energies of the earth. The Seven Chakras function as energy fueling centers for the entire nervous system, organs, body parts and auric field by way of its intake of energy from the universal life energy field. The energy taken in and metabolized by through each chakra is sent out to the parts of the body located in the major nerve plexus area closest to each. So it is very important that these energy centers are functioning properly for the vibrant health and well being of the physical body and the auric field to be fully realized.

Overview of the Seven Chakras

1^st Chakra Energy- ; Red Root Chakra; Earth Element; base of spine; Adrenals; Gems-ruby/garnet; Musical Note C; Tribal Power; loyalty, honor, justice, group safety and security, ability to stand up for one’s self, feeling at home, social and family law and order, structure, literal interpretation

Body:  physical body support, base of spine, legs, bones, feet, rectum, immune system

Physical Dysfunction:  Chronic low back pain, sciatica, varicose veins, depression, rectal tumors/cancer, immune related disorders

2^nd Chakra Energy- Orange Sacral Chakra; Water Element; lower abdomen to navel; Gonads; Gems-carnelian/amber; Musical Note D; The Power of Relationships; choice, relationships, power/control, blame/guilt, sexual energy, money, creativity, ethics and honor in relationships

Body: Sexual organs, large intestines, lower vertebrae, pelvis, appendix, bladder, hip area 

Physical Dysfunction: Chronic low back pain, sciatica, ob/gyn problems, pelvic pain, sexual potency, urinary problems

3^rd Chakra Energy- Yellow Solar Plexus Chakra; Fire Element; below rib cage/upper stomach; Pancreas; Gems-citrine/tiger’s eye; Musical Note E; Personal Power; self- esteem, self-respect, care of oneself and others, sensitivity to criticism, personal honor, trust, fear/intimidation 

Body:  Abdomen, stomach, upper intestines, liver, gall bladder, kidney, pancreas, adrenal glands, spleen, middle spine

Physical Dysfunction:  Arthritis, gastric or duodenal ulcers, colon/ intestinal problems, pancreatic/diabetes, indigestion, anorexia or bulimia, liver dysfunction, hepatitis, adrenal dysfunction

4^th Chakra Energy- Green Heart Chakra; Air Element; middle sternum; Thymus; Gems-emerald/greenjade; Musical Note F; Emotional Power; love/hatred, resentment/bitterness, grief/anger, self-centeredness, loneliness/commitment, forgiveness/compassion, hope/trust

Body:  Heart, circulatory system, lungs, shoulders, arms, ribs, breasts, diaphram, thymus gland

Physical Dysfunction:  CHF, MI-heart attack, Mitral valve prolapse, asthma/allergy, lung cancer, bronchial pneumonia, upper back, shoulder, breast cancer

5^th Chakra Energy- ; BlueThroat Chakra; Ether element; center of clavical; Thyroid; Gems-turquoise/aquamarine; Musical Note G; The Power of Will; choice/strength of will, personal expression, following one’s dream, using personal power to create, addiction, judgment/criticism, faith/knowledge, capacity to make decisions

Body:  Throat, thyroid, trachea, neck vertebrae, mouth, teeth, gums, esophagus, parathyroid, hypothalamus 

Physical Dysfunction:  Raspy throat, chronic sore throat, mouth ulcers, gum difficulties, tmj dysfunction, scoliosis, laryngitis, swollen glands, thyroid problems

6^th Chakra Energy- Indigo Third Eye Chakra; between eye brows; Pituitary; Gems-lapis/sodalite; Musical Note A; The Power of The Mind; self-evaluation, truth, intellectual abilities, feelings of adequacy, openness to the ideas of others, ability to learn from experience, emotional intelligence

Body:  Brain, nervous system, eyes, ears, nose, pineal gland, pituitary gland

Physical Dysfunction:  Brain tumor/hemorrhage/stroke, neurological disturbances, blindness/deafness, full spinal difficulties, learning disabilities, seizures 

7^th Chakra Energy- Violet/White Crown Chakra; top of head; Pineal; Gems-amethyst/quartz; Musical Note B; Our Spiritual Connector; ability to trust life, values, ethics, courage, humanitarianism, selflessness, ability to see the larger pattern, faith/inspiration, spirituality/devotion

Body:  Muscular system, skeletal system, skin

Physical Dysfunction: Energetic disorders, mystical depression, chronic exhaustion that is not linked to physical disorder, extreme sensitivities to light, sound, and other environmental factors
